Preparing for Your E-Visit

  1. Before your appointment, you will receive a text message with the link to your provider for your e-visit appointment.

    • Please make sure we have the correct mobile number for you.

  2. Make a list of:

    • Questions for your provider

    • Current medications and supplements you are taking

    • Symptoms you have been experiencing.

  3. Find a private location for your call, if possible, and:

    • Limit distractions

    • Find a quiet space

    • Adjust the lighting.

  4. Setting up your device ahead of time:

    • Be sure your device is charged.

    • Check that your microphone and camera are working.

    • Make sure you have a strong internet connection.

  5. Try out a Pre-call Test to make sure you are connected and to feel comfortable before your visit.
